Ok weather getting hot, I set thermostat as follows. Zone 1 set to 78 degrees fan automatic. Zone 2 78 degrees fan set to automatic. About 2pm its freezing inside, units continue to run. so I set both zones to 81 degrees in order for them to cycle. Then after the sun goes down it starts to get hot in the motor home so I have to once again set thermostat to 78 degrees then they are fine rest of the night. I think that the sensors that are mounted in the motor home are not in the correct area for the thing to work right. the front sensor is mounted on the end of a cabinet above the driver seat. The rear sensor is mounted on wall right side where you enter the rear bath. Is there a work around to solve this problem?

I haven’t seen this issue in my 2016 Bounder 35k. But then again o usually keep mine set around 75-76 I also set the front and rear at different temps...I usually have the front a few degrees higher to account for all the radiant heat from the cab area(fish bowl).

I feel your pain! REV really hosed up the location of the front temperature sensor! Fortunately for us we have 3 ACs so during the day I set the front to 85, middle to 77 and rear to 77. In the evening, I reset the front to 75, middle to 76 and the rear stays at 77. Once you get used to the correction factors, no biggie!
