2018 bounder 35k

2018 bounder 35k
Has anyone had an issue with the cabinet behind the driver's seat. It seems the drawers should have a lock on them to prevent them from sliding out. They hit the door and pop it open when traveling.
Also on the 2018 model where is the vacuflush pump

2018 is close enough to a 2016.
Good thread to read:

By cabinet I presume you mean the pantry. Yes, I put hooks that keep it closed.
Vacuflush is in a compartment behind a metal plate above the propane tank.

Yes, pantry. Did you put hooks on the drawers?

I have a 2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K and it also has the pantry behind the drivers seat. I installed a velcro strap across the front of each drawer and it was easy to do and it took care of the problem.

I tried to remove the fasteners holding that metal plate on. What size/type are they? They're not a normal Torx.... that I could find to match. Or maybe they are filled with paint.

Our 2018 Southwind/Bounder 35K does not have this issue, those doors shut really securely.

Now, the sliding door left of the loft TV, that slides all over the place when we drive. Another punchlist item for the warranty visit....

I had the exact same problem. Not sure how the dealer fixed it but they did and has worked fine since

There were two issues fixed during warranty visit: the door slides were not quite level, but also a piece of wood trim on the loft bed was preventing the door reaching the fully closed position and latching. The removed the trim and cut a bit off and reinstalled it.
