2019 Pace Arrow 36U - starting generator

I have a 2019 pacearrow 36U
Currently the way i start the generator , is just by pressing and holding the generator button until it starts.(sometimes 30 seconds)

I have seen other places that they warm up the plugs before starting.

I am doing it(starting) incorrectly?

Thanks

Nope….you’re doing it fine.
The delay in starting is the genny doing what it needs to do to get ready to start.

You’ll find when it’s colder, the delay will be longer than when it’s warm.

Carry on!!!

Paries,
X2, you're doing it right. She won't fire till the glow plugs warm up.
Q= Is yours the one for sale in Yuma that's listed in RV Trader?
Just asking.
