2019 Southwind 40350 rvc Surge Guard

Anyone know how to take the cover plate off of this surge Guard so I can check all the connections are secure? It has 2 small phillips screws and several what looks like rivets on the cover. I don't want to force anything.

On mine, removing the 2 screws I was able to pull the cover off. I don't know what the rivets are for, at the time I was troubleshooting a low voltage issue at a campground so didn't take time to look closer at the cover.
