2020 Pace Arrow seat belts

Does anyone have a 2020 Pace Arrow that you’re having an issue with the location and proper function of the seat belts.. In our unit the seat belt is mounted right up against the rail for the overhead bed preventing the belt to swivel properly. By not allowing it to swivel the belt continuously rolls it’s self over and over so it cannot be properly adjusted when sitting in the seat.

Would appreciate any feedback. The dealer has contacted the REV group engineers with our concern but that’s been two months ago with no response.

I’m attaching a picture to show where the seat belt is mounted to the wall. I have a video but can’t figure out how to attach it. Click image for larger version
