2021 Bounder 33C electric issue

Have an issue with a 2021 Bounder 33c..doesnt seem that I am able to get AC power to the refrigerator or multiple plugs in the coach, even when plugged into shore power. I've checked the breaker box and fuse panel in the bedroom and all look good.

I believe it may be an issue with the inverter since I can't get the inverter to turn on, says no ac on the remote display. I've tried a soft reset and no luck.

Any help would be appreciated. We are on our 1st real trip with the rv (bought slightly used and drove about 1000 miles on it to get it home).

Thanks.

Jeff

In the Power Center there should be a large red knob. That is the battery disconnect to the inverter. Make sure it is in the ON position. Along with the disconnect switches by the door.

Yup...that was it. Thanks for the help. We had taken it in for some work and the tech must've moved that switch.

Thanks again.

You might get in the habit of turning it off when stored. It has been my experience that it will discharge the house batteries after a period of time. I understand there is some power draw even when not in use.

Thanks for the heads up. The previous owner had mentioned hitting the disconnect buttons near the stairs, but when we store long term well look at hitting that switch.

By the way, you get the same symptoms if you have a loose cable on the house battery. The inverter requires 12V power to pass through AC to appliances, strange as it may sound. I had this issue on my trip home from the dealer.
