2021 Holiday Rambler Nautuca 34RX 4x4 HDMI Matrix box

I have a new Nautica 34RX - The Connexx HDMI 4x4 UTP Matrix box is not communcating with the TV's. Does anyone have nay ideas to help figure out what is the issues? Thank you

I have the same problem with mine, after a day on the bumpy roads it seems the connections get loose in the back where the HDMI and other cable plug-in. My solution is too reach behind and push the HDMI a plugs making sure they are firmly seated, that always works in our rig. I wish there were ferrule connections like on the old PCs that had the old serial bus connection that had to be screwed in.

When you cycle through the option on the 4x4 do you get an orange light (indicating there is a source being delivered to that TV)
