36U

Does anyone have a 202036U that can tell me if there is a switch that needs to be turned on in order to get a clear picture on the tv. I’m connected to cable tv at campground and I have no picture for the cable. I just picked this unit a week ago and we are on our first trip. I had a power converter switch I could push in my old coach to go from tv antenna to cable tv. I don’t see anything like that in here anywhere. Is it because they still owe me my blue ray dvd box which was supposed to be in here and it’s not.? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you set the tv to cable rather than air?

Did you recan for channels?

The switch you were pushing was probably turning the antenna amplifier on and off...you want it off for cable.

We have a 2018’ our cable switch is behind the bedroom TV, with the 2 Dish Wally’s. Our BR player is in the cabinet above the sitting area across from bathroom. Not sure if the 2020’s are layed out the same way.

Thanks everyone for your input. I found the switch and the blue ray player behind the bedroom tv.
