38v. Slide won’t come in

We have a friend that is now a widow and out with her 2008 38v. She just texted and said the large slide won’t come in. Thinking it is probably a fuse. Can someone tell me where the fuses are located for the slide? We are 3 hours away and trying to help her over the phone.

Make sure all cabinet doors are closed securely that are slide involved. Mine has a door with a safety switch that kills the slide.

Make sure the two switches above the door are on.

I just sold my Bounder 38v. I can't say where the actual fuse is but I can tell you there locations. Between the driver and passenger is a ledge with a map rack, pull this it swings out right to left. There is a fuse panel there a a panel with relays. If the slide fuse is not there, on the curb side storage compartment just right of the propane fill compartment she should find some boxes that have relays. Sorry that's all I have hope this helps! Fuses are under the bed as I remember, As others have said there are safety switch to keep you bringing slide in with a cabinet open. My 38V had the safety switch on the rear tv door, the one above the washing machine location. It was a magnetic switch.
