6 volt battery configuration

I have a 94 American Eagle. If anyone can send me a picture of the configuration of the connections of the 4- 6 volt batteries. the cable that I am not sure of is the cable that connects on the right side of the chassis wall. It is fused and not sure what battery it needs to be connected to. I think it is to the freedom 20 inverter charger but not sure.

This is a very standard way. The key point is where to attach the Pos and Neg leads to the load(s). As shown here they should be at opposite corners of the two series batteries to allow for a more even discharge/recharge. There are other connection options, but will result in uneven charge issues over time.

The external cable from the negative terminal goes to a chassis ground lug. Everything else should be a positive connection and go to the same primary positive terminal in that diagram.

thank you for the help.
the cable I am have the problem with is the fused cable to the freedom 20. Does it matter what battery it needs to be connected to? I know it is positive.

On your batteries, look for the cable that connects 2 positives (+) together. You can connect to either terminal of that cable.

I can't enlarge it.
Can you swing out the 12 volts and take a picture from above to see all of the cable connections. I think I have them correct but may be a problem with the Freedom 20 inverter
Thanks for your help

Perfect.
I can't thank you enough. This is how I have mine. There must be something going on with the inverter.
