I just purchased it my first motorhome. I couldn't pass up the deal I was offerd 1.200 bucks and she runs as good as new. I have a few electrical issues to work out and a roof leak around the back a/c will let you know how it go's.

Take the a/c inside cover off; you will find 4 bolts with springs on them which become loose, over time. Look up at the a/c rubber seal and see that it is in place all around and between the a/c and the hatch. If the seal is in place then tighten the bolts so the springs become moderately compressed.
You are done!

I have a 82 PA 30 footer, Have fun. My front AC unit was hanging by 1 bolt and the other one was lose about 10 turns to tighten. The rear was lose but not to the extent of the front one. I could only see 2 bolts on mine. No leaks though I took of the schrod off to clean the filter is how I found out they were loose.
How about some pictures Please!
Welcome, Tim
