'92 Pace Arrow Basement Lights

I have no basement lights. I called Fleetwood and "Shane" was gracious enough to attempt to help me. He stepped me through some preliminary tests that I had already done, but figured it wouldn't hurt to do it again.

Starting at the 12V fuse panel, I verified that there was power there and all fuses were good. Then, I started at the compartment nearest the entry door, since Shane told me that his recollection was all the basement lights were daisy chained, and that was a logical place to start. I disassembled the fixture and checked for power there, and nothing, I found the 12ga purple wire that Shane told me to look for, and verified it was a good connection, but there was no power at the purple wire either. I went on to the next compartment, lather, rinse and repeat. Still nada.

I have also checked for voltage with the "Utility" switch on the dash in both positions.

Anybody got any idea where the power comes in to the first light? Any other ideas? I'm using a test light as well and a multimeter, and a known good bulb for tools.
