There is NO fuse. The breakers that you reset in the BCC are there instead of a fuse.

Based on the measurements and symptoms that you reported, you were given some good advice, over on another forum, to check your battery cabling from frame ground all the way to the BCC. There is a bad cable or connection in that path (or you've completely ruined a battery).

Ok so after I disconnected the shore power I had power for about a minute and then I heard a click and everything went off. There was power on both sides of the disconnect and then a click from somewhere and then no power.

As I mentioned on another forum, that's the effect of having charge voltage from the converter, through the BIRD function in the BCC, applied to the chassis battery while you were plugged in. When the chassis battery drops below 12.6 volts, the isolator relay drops out and you have no more power, because your HOUSE batteries have not been in the circuit.

While NOT plugged in, If you can NOT read 12VDC between the positive post of the outside 6V battery and frame ground, then you have the problem isolated to the batteries or cabling.

Finally Fixed

So.... I went to the RV mechanic and thought that I had everything fixed so I was going to post what had occurred. But right before that I tried it out and realized that it hadn't worked at all. Brought it back to the mechanic and they found out that one of the brand new batteries that I had bought was defective. Cost me $178 to figure this out but now everything is all set. Thanks everyone!

The ultimate solution explains a lot of the reported symptoms, (maybe not all of them), but I know how hectic things can get when fighting through a problem like that.

Thanks for coming back with the update.
