96 Bounder - Leaking City Water Inlet Valve

Leaking City Water Inlet Valve on 96 Fleetwood Bounder 34' - please advise how to access for removal and repair. Located on sidewall inside basement storage compartment for sewer hose, etc. Wiring inhibits removal of sidewall to access valve connection. ???

When I changed mine I had to reach up behind the wall it is mounted on and undo the pipe fitting. Used water pump slip joint pliers to get it starting turning and then used my hands after that.

Good luck and not the easiest thing to get at.

Some Youtube videos on the subject show a short length of braided hose where you can remove the mounting screws and pull the inlet assembly out an inch or two to access the connection. Still, the previous poster had it right. Feel up in there to see what you have first (wear a glove - the space might be 'occupied').
