Welcome to irv2 .Most systems require a few things to be in place before they will operate. I don't know your coach but some of these are : parking brake set, engine running, transmission in park , 13+ volts on battery. The techs at Power Gear are very helpful and respond quickly to emails. They may be able to walk you through some diagnostics. Their address is info@powergearus.com . Please let us know how you make out.

Thank you for the reply. Voltage is good trannny is in neutral and park break set I'm assuming it's a solenoid. I will definitely give power gear a call.
