'96 Flair...Is my roof hatch wired for a fan?

The bathroom has a fan....a really loud fan. The bedroom has a hatch overhead & I removed the plastic skirt but found no wiring. I want to install a Fantastic fan and I thought all these hatches were wired...am I missing it somehow?

I doubt that the wiring was there from the factory , many aren't pre wired.

Do you have a ceiling light close by that works from a switch on the light , instead of a wall switch?
The power draw of the fan is low , so fishing new wire over to the vent from the light is the first option.

I gave up and decided to go with an Endless Breeze 12v box fan:

Robot Check

Being portable I can move it from front to back and it seems to be pretty quiet.
