96 pace arrow electrical problem

I don't have any chassia electric for headlights, horn, radio, engine etc. I do have 13.84 volts coming from the battery to the fuse panel under the hood. been looking for a fusable link or maybe a relay that is stopping the power. out of ideas please help if you can.

Sounds like your battery disconnect switch might be off or the solenoid is defective.

Problem solved my own fault was checking the battery i thought was the chassis . but turned out it was the other battery. Do I fell dumb. I'm not the greatest in trouble shooting electrical problems. thanks
