American Coach: '97 American Tradition Belt Molding Problem...Help!!

I have a 38 ft 1997 American Coach "American Tradition" pusher diesel that has a large bulge in the left side at the belt molding. Basically the screws holding the horizontal trim that covers the hinge line for the lower compartment doors the full length of the MH have come loose or broke. But I can't figure out how to get it apart to fix.

A few years ago I had seen somewhere on this forum where a member had the exact same issue, and he did a superb job of showing exactly how he fixed it (and also much more info on how he was rebuilding top to bottom his '97 Tradition. He was a very active poster). But now that I am ready to fix mine I can't find the thread . I searched and searched to no avail.

Anyone here know where I can find that information?

The belt rail is secured by screws located under the poly strip that runs the full length- yours appears to be white- peel it back and re-install new screws--then use 3M VHB tape to re-secure the ploy molding .
