Well, I'll take a stab at it. I have a 98 PA that I purchased used last August. Mine has the power gear levelers on it and my pump is located just to the right side of the passenger tire on the underside. I'm still learning all I can about our MH so this info may or may not be the same. There is a filler hole which requires a 1" wrench to remove the plug to fill the reservoir with transmission fluid. There really isn't (on mine) a lot of room to work with, I am using one of the condiment bottles that you can purchase to fill mine. Hope this helps, I'm sure others will chime in.

I have a 99 Pace Arrow Vision, the resivour is behind the chassis battery on the right side . I topped my off last year. It is much easier if you remove the battery!

Make sure that the jacks are fully retracted when adding fluid.
