99 Discovery 37V dash lights dim

New to us Discovery 37v. I noticed that the dash lights are fairly dim. The dimmer switch is working. Very hard to see the odometer and overall guages not very bright. Maybe they are made like that, but i like very bright guages thst are easy to read. Any one know if this is hoe they are and can i fix with brighter bulbs or whatever. Btw the guages are a red color thx

Welcome to iRV2.

If your coach is on a Freightliner chassis like my 99 , the small red lit gauges are the F/L standard issue and the bane of of my driving life.
Speedo is virtually unreadable day or night .
1/2 acre dash board and 4" dia. gauge.
I have a 7" GPS display , and rely on it's digital readout for speed.

Other items of interest , may be the Silverleaf or Scangauge D. with information screens to do the work of all the gauges.

I thought I had links to both ..... but of course , can't find them

I'll be back.
EDIT :
Made it back in time to add to this post .

www.scangauge.com/products/scangauge-d/

www.silverleafelectronics.com/node?page=2

RE-EDIT: The Silverleaf page has changed DRASTICALLY since I was last there . Click on " VMSpc Overview " for product info.
