99 southwind 35p ford gas

I am going through and sorting out all the different systems on this 99 southwind 35p.

When I go to start it(gas t started yet), it makes this noise, which I recorded in the video i am hoping to post. I looked under the dash and can’t really make out where it’s coming from but when I press the brakes it changes and what ever it is, is drawing the juice from the system. Even though the batteries are fully charged I still just get click click. I thought maybe the power leveling jacks, they were down when I bought it and they have retracted now. But maybe there’s a glitch in the system. So I tried to upload the video but apparently I can’t. It makes a wrrrrrr sound almost like an electric steering wheel telescoping adjuster but mines manual. If someone can tell me how to post a video that might help

brutherb-

Your coach has a backup brake system. It uses an electric pump. If the engine stops running you can press on the brake pedal and it should activate the backup brake system.

It will make noise under two conditions:

1) With the engine off, you press the brake pedal, or
2) With the ignition switch in the accessory position, without pressing the brake pedal

Search the owner's manual (link here) for "Hydroboost" or "Hydromax."
