Adjusting rear view camera

I want to adjust the camera angle on my rear camera but can find nothing on how to do it. Right now it is aimed to high up to be useful as a backup camera. Before I climb up on the ladder and start undoing screws and making things worse Im hoping someone on here has already done it.

Basically, that's all you do, climb up on the ladder, loosen the screws, adjust to desired position and tighten the screws.

I have adjusted that campera on my last 1997 Discovery and my present 2006 Discovery. Not hard to do. However, your newer coach might be different.

On mine, I removed the 4 screws holding the plate and camera onto the rear cap, and remove the assembly, and used a Allen Wrench to move the camera a bit, reinstall and check. If not correct go out and do it all over again.

Recently I replaced the camera with a new one and now I can see the entire toad, plus about 2 football fields behind and several lanes to my left and right. I love it!

What camera did you replace it with?

It was very similar to this one from RV Cams. Great guys to work with. The monitor has a crisp sharp colorful picture. You can also see it has a 130 degree view, and 0.1 lux low light capability. On mine I can see behind me even in the dark as long as it is not pitch dark like in a unlit tunnel.

Note: I tried the infrared camera they have, but did not like it at all. The guys at RVCam had me send IR camera back and the sent this one instead. I like it much much more.
