American Coach: Aft bath ceramic wash bowl replace

I am in the process of purchasing a AC Tradition which will need the aft wash bowl replaced as it it cracked. It appears to be attached to the solid surface (corean) counter top from underneath. I will attempt the replacement myself but need to get a replacement bowl. Where would I start?

Also I will need to replace the carpet in the aft bath and on the slides. Is this something that a residential carpet installer can do?

Lastly the solid surface counter top in the kitchen is scratched. Not badly but when viewed at the right angle you can see the scratches. Can the scratches be buffed out?
