2002 Fleetwood Storm. I will be carrying a fair load next week but only traveling 150 miles. What pressure would anyone recommend to start out with?

You really have not given enough information for anyone to respond. Are you talking about tires or aftermarket airbags on the suspension. You should not travel overweight for any miles.
Air bags in the front suspension installed inside the coil springs.
By fair load I meant we will have supplies aboard for five days with five people traveling. We will have the usual tools, grills, etc. necessary for camping.
All storage tanks will be nearly empty.

Personally like the ride when my front is around 50psi for both bags which is suggested in my manual. If its too low you'll notice a pretty rough ride. I accidentally ran at 10psi once and felt every pot hole through the steering wheel.
Honestly air pressure is something you really need to experiment with. Each coach will react different based on how worn the springs may be and your weight distribution. Plus everyone has a different opinion on what good ride quality is.
