I have a "classic" 1997 American Eagle and full time in Central Oregon where it is in the single digits to negative temps at night and than below freezing for days on end during daylight hours and I have no problem keeping warm ... I would think a new American Dream would be allot more efficient and better than my classic at staying warm and toasty.
(Fyi, my coach does not have skirting ... previous 2000 38" Holiday Rambler Endeavor was not nearly as comfortable in cold weather as my Eagle and I had it fully skirted.
Hope that helps!
