American Eagle Models

Hi,
I'm a newbee to this forum and perhaps not posting in the proper area.
I am in process of purchasing an later 90's American Eagle w/slide.
Can anyone steer me to the model designations used in 1998 and 1999
looking at models like EVS and VS.

Thank-You
Marty

The letters indicate different floor plans, so the differences ought to be obvious when you look at them.

There are older sales brochures on the American Coach website, but I'm not sure they go back to the late 90's.

Marty,

Not sure about the '98, but the '99 had 3 floor plans in the brochure (I have a pdf if you need it). I had a '99 EVS (the E stands for Eagle). Early versions were single slide in EVS and ENS, with no slide in the EVF. Mine was a dual slide (it was a late '99 and they were testing 2000 options). Biggest difference I can see between VS and NS is the bathroom configuration. VS had an enclosed toilet. The VF bath and bedroom was like the VS, but with a different kitchen configuration. The VS and NS galleys were in the main slide along with a couch behind the driver. VF was fixed with a larger counter area.
If you see a model designation DVS, it is a Dream (also had a 39' DAF - no slide). A TVS is a Tradition (also had a 38' TTF - no slide).
