Take one off and take it to NAPA.
I took mine in and they replaced the blades only (inserts) for about $5.00 each.

My local FW dealer wanted $45 per wiper for my coach. I measured the length of my "non-refill" blades, and cut them off with a pair of tin snips. I bought a pair of same length refills at Napa for $9.
