we have a 2004 storm 34ft and are getting different answers about to functions of the storm. in the broshure and as per fleetwwod my chassis and coach batteries are supposed to be charged when we are on shore power. while on shore power my chassis battery goes dead after 10 days. took it back to two dealers and they both tell me that on the storm the chassis battery does not get charged. \
second item is as per broshure the storm is supposed to have heated holding tank area and fresh water tanks. called fleetwood and they agree. both dealers again tell me that there is no heat in the holding tank area and that is only on the higher end units. even our water pump is in the outside compartment just above the propane, which in no way is insulated.
anyone have any knowledge about these two functions or is there a way to check. no more dealers to go to in my area to ask someone else. thanks for any responses.
