Anyone else having problems with Villa theater seats

Our theater seats do recline, but no matter what position you try to recline in as soon as you stop pushing back on it it snaps to one position, and not a very comfortable position. Is there a way to adjust the tension. It would be nice to be able to recline in a more comfortable position. If its designed this way then I dont understand why I can push it back till I almost lay flat, only to snap back to the one position as soon as I stop pushing.

I'm not sure what brand I have on our 2019 Southwind 35K, but we have the same problem. We were up in Decatur in March to get some warranty work done and they told me there was no adjustment. Really disappointed. If you find out otherwise, please post it. I just can't imagine there being no adjustment. Fleetwood must get a great deal on these uncomfortable theater seats.

Fleetwood gave me the number to Villa in CA, so I called and they said there is no adjustment that I can do, but if I stop by one of their outlets (closest one is in Indiana) that they may be able to adjust it. I get a feeling we will be getting a new recliners for Christmas.
