Try Colaw in MO. 877-548-2125.
When my controller failed, I gave away the 4 levelers. The people that wanted them paid the packing and UPS shipping. I have seen some for sale on Ebay for $1,000. Save your money and switch to HWH. I did, but should have done it the first time I had a problem.

I have Atwoods on my coach. Biggest issue I've had is that sometimes the sensors indicate a jack failure, which kind of locks everything up.
I found that if I reach into the motor/gear assembly at the top of the jack, there's a nut there for manual retraction.
If I grab that nut and turn it 3-4 times, it clears the fault and everything works fine after that.
