I have a 2016 Fleetwood Discovery 40G, the auto levellers won't pick the coach up a bit if it's off level and I have to get blocks out. I needed to drive up on 1.5" blocks to get my RV level, I would have expected to hydralic lifts to handle that?

The back wheels should NEVER come off the ground via the jacks. This could damage the suspension. For the front, as far as I know, yes. But, Fleetwood could have used a jack not rated to lift your coach weight. Get the part # and check with the manufacturer of the jack. At one time I believe the component manufactures could find what parts they supplied by using your coach SN.

We have the Power Gear Levelling System and the manual as supplied by Fleetwood clearly states that wheels should "not" be lifted off the ground.
If I use the "Auto Level" it may lift the front wheels, so I tend to use the manual setting and get as close as possible to level without lifting the front wheels off the ground.
There are other posts on iRV2 discussing the use of blocks under both the front wheels and leveller pads if you need to get the extra height.

Your levelers should definitely be capable of lifting the coach to level, especially as little as 1 1/2". As others have stated, you should not raise your rear tires off the ground. Are you saying that your jacks will not lift the front of your RV? Are they Powergear and do you have the manual for them? If not, google to find it.

It also depends on how unlevel you are.

Are you bleeding air prior to engaging the auto levelers?

X2 if you dump the air it will be much lower after leveling

The air should auto dump. It does on mine.
The OP was wanting to lift his rig. I think yes it should. Mine can and I have on occasion, not realizing I had a rear wheel in a low spot. The front can come up with no problem. I am never wanting to camp standing on the front jacks. It is too much strain on them and one needs a step ladder to get into the rig

I have a switch on left side of dash that needs to be thrown to dump air. I do this , let the coach settle than level. I start with auto level and if i don’t like how it is situated I retract jacks and manually level.
