Automotion shade problem

I have a 2013 American Tradition with Automotion Shades that are controlled from the lighted wall switches. The problem is that none of the shades on the Galley side, behind the driver seat, work. There are 6 slides on that side. All the other shades in the RV work. Sense the lighted switches for them are on different switch panels, I would think the switches are OK. I checked under the front compartment and see the shade multiplex controllers. There are 2 and I checked the fuse and they are good. There is 2 others in the back basement that seem OK also. I can understand that if one shade isn't working it more than likely be a motor, but, none of the 6 work. Also if I push "all shades" all the other shades work, but not these. Any ideas?

We have a 2015 Tradition. We had to go to REV and have the shades all completely rewired due to issues like you are describing. Fortunately, it was still under warranty.
No issues since having the rewire done.

Auto Motion Shade

I have a 2113 Tradition and have had two shade motors go bad. Both on the wide shade. I replaced both with this motor. These work great with less noise and a little faster. Very easy to install.

shades

I don't know if you have solved the problem but on my 2016 I just shut off all of the power both ac and dc. then turn it back on. That seems to reboot the system.
Also there are multiplexers behind the couch, and in the back under either the vanity or the dresser. there are some under the kitchen cabinets and up front by the console.
I have powered down the ones i suspected were associated with the blind involved and powered them back up to solve the problem.
Oh yes there are also multiplexers in the basement. the multiplexers control both the lights and shades.
Hope this helps.
My project this spring is to clean all of the telephone looking connections on all of the multiplexers to see if that will solve the issue.
