The starter relay will be some where close to the right inner fender well.

Not sure about yours but on my 2018 Southwind it is inside the power control box in the right side.

Usually the auxiliary start is a solenoid that ties both house and chassis battery banks together. If you have disconnect switches for both battery banks look for large gauge wires form the disconnect and see if they come together, in that area will be the solenoid. If not there you may have one located in another area where the house and chassis battery may be.

Look for the battery control center, it is black box that the positive lead from the house battery cables go directly to. It will have 3 big lugs and is probably a Precision Circuits unit. Often by the house batteries but sometimes on the firewall if the house batteries are in the engine compartment. Open it up and you will find 2 or 3 solenoid switches. One is the battery disconnect if you have one, one is the boost solenoid switch. 200 amp continuous duty, probably Cole Hersee.

We have a 2010 Southwind, and like others have said, that solenoid is inside our Battery Control Center (BCC) box, which for us is inside the compartment containing the propane tank on the front passenger side. The box should be a little bigger than a shoe box and clearly labeled. The isolator solenoid in question will be behind the huge circuit board within that BCC box, along with the two disconnect solenoids for your "salesman switches".

Thanks for the help, I found it in the battery control center box, in the compartment above the propane tank.
Now to figure out if that is the problem

Does is click when someone presses the aux start button?
If it does, is there a voltage between the two heavy duty connections?
Make sure the converter and engine has been off for at least 5 minutes as the BCC will keep it engaged for a while after removing charging voltage on the house or engine battery.
Also check fuse 3 (I think), which is on the circuit that fires the solenoid.

This might help if you have an RV Customs BCC. It contains all the diagnostic info.
