Backup camera & luggage lights not working

My neighbor has a 2014 Bounder 35K whose luggage lights and backup and side cameras are not working. He can't get an answer from Fleetwood as to where the fuses are or what would cause both of these to stop working. Any help will be appreciated.

There should be a switch just inside of the door by the steps, one of these has to be on in order for the basement lights to work, might try this first. I'm not sure where the fuse is for the lights but I would try the shelf just above the propane tank first.

We're having intermittent issues with our back up camera display failing but it's being addressed at the repair facility in Coburg Oregon.

I can't believe FW is not assisting him. 800-322-8216. We get very few if any CS complaints here re FW. There should be a fuse box in the bedroom area ( about a 6" black square box ). There's also a BCC ( battery control center ) possibly in the forward passenger side basement ( a 15" black fuse box. ).

2x on checking the switch bank by the entry door for your luggage bay lights. Thre should be a switch labeled LUGGAGE. That has to be on before the individual bay lights will work.

Our fuses are in 3 places: bedroom fuse panel, engine compartment firewall & propane bay. It seems FW moves around where the fuses are that control what every year.

In my Fleetwood, I have a Luggage switch AND ALSO a switch that is labeled "acc" or something like that. (I'm not on the coach now, sorry)

The luggage switch is near the entry steps and it does what it sounds like--turns on the lights in the basement areas.

The other switch is in the drivers area--left arm panel with other switches. That one operates the lights in the water bay & rear-facing light above the radiator and hitch.

The luggage switch by the entry steps powers all bay lights except the wet bay. It is turned on by the utility switch on the dash.

One of the fuse panels is located on the far left of the dash. There is a panel you lift up. Have they checked the breakers under the hanging closet?
