Yes, Fleetwood has been heating basements with water in them since 1986.

I don't know that rig specifically, but have never seen a Fleetwood-built diesel coach that didn't have at least a one furnace duct down into the basement area near the water lines. That of course means you have to have the furnace running if you actually want any heat down there. And if the coach has two furnaces, make sure the right one is running, cause its probably only one of them.

Gary is correct and it’s usually the rear zone that heats the basement. But I would make sure. The owners manual probably won’t tell you.

There will be ductwork in the bays which, if your furnace is running, will provide heat to them. But as others have posted, you have to know which zone provides that heat.

I have an '03 bounder 34' diesel, and i've asked the same question myself. There is a table on the fleetwood manual which specifies cabin heating requirements by ambient exterior temp in order to keep the basement from freezing.

However, my analysis indicates there is no ducting that goes to the basement for my single-furnace model. Be it know however that the water lines at the exterior wall run right along the bedroom duct, at least for part of the run.
