Cool Batteries and Rack

I was on a excursion to the Pro-Football Hall of Fame and the Rock n Roll Hall of fame when my auxiliary batteries went numb. I own a Fleetwood Bounder 35 K, 2015.They will need to be replaced...any suggestions. I have four 12 volt batteries and intend to use Camping World for replacement. Has anyone done this? Also as a side note on the same trip, the battery rack weld joints broke on one side and the rack dropped at the KOA park. I called Good Sams Roadside Assistance and a mobile unit strapped it up for the 453 mile trip home. I now have to get the rack re-welded and also purchase new batteries. The batteries went bad before the rack...2015?

That is two major mechanical issues with the unit in less than a year. The awning unfolded while driving (Dometic) and now the weld joints broke. The welding was just tacked and not done properly. PS. The awning damaged was just under 12K.

Are you sure you have 4 12 volt? I'll bet you have 4 6 volts.

Anywhere but CW. Get some quality DEEP cycle from Costco, Sam's, NAPA or such. They really aren't hard to change. Take a picture of the way they are wired, mark them or both. The 12volt Side of Life (Part 1) Has some good information. Then install a battery water system such as https://flow-rite.com/battery-watering/marine-rv you can find these online from $40 up.

Find someone in the area to weld the rack, knowing that you will have to remove the batteries first.

Hard to beat the Trojan line for quality. Trojan Battery Company Dealers all over.
