Did you check voltage at the batteries? Fully charged, batteries should read 12.7 v. If your converter/charger is plugged in to shore power, you should read voltage over 13.5 v to charge them. If your converter/charger has a temperature sensor on the battery, if that was not hooked up it might cause charging problems. Finally, all battery and ground connections should be removed, cleaned, and reconnected.
Since September almost TWO years, has the RV been plugged in to shore power, battery electrolyte checked, etc? Did the RV get used since the new battery installation?
