Found the circuit breaker, but it wasn't tripped. Have to keep looking. But thanks anyway.

I checked the 300 amp bussman fuse for house batt, 2nd bank of house batts. All was well.

But I checked the bussman fuse for 1st 4 batt house bank and........drum roll......it was blown!

Replaced it and boom I'm in business! All systems go.

Must have been enough voltage from the one house batt bank to cause the flickering and some 12 volt devices working.
