When I needed new upholstery for a NRV Dolphin, the factory pointed me to the shop that made the upholstery for them. I visited there in person and they told me that NRV bought the material on rolls and sent them enough to make whatever pieces they ordered. They would be happy to make what I needed, but NRV had to send the material. After several fruitless go-arounds between NRV and shop, I gave up and had a local shop make a piece in a complimentary fabric/color rather than a matching one.
My advice: visit a good local shop and have them make something you like. It's probably time for a decor change anyway.
