Bedroom Slide Controls

I have a 2016 Bounder 35K. The controls located just inside the bedroom on the left wall contains controls for several lights and the "In" and "out" for the slide. I recently had my bedroom slide extended and when I attempted to put it in by pressing the "Slide In" button the slide came about 90 % in and stopped. Additional depressions of this button resulted in nothing. When I looked at the Slide In button it looked like it had come lose and was eschew .

My question is how does the black case that covers all the switches come off. It looks like if I can get the black cover off I might realign the white cover and get it to work again. I hope it is that easy. But it's probably a broken switch and a much bigger pain.

Are those switches all individual switches and replaceable independent of each other, or do you have to replace the whole bank of switches. It also sucks that there is only one control each for front and bedroom slides.

Thanks for your help

That is a bank of switches that send commands over a single telephone wire back to the main control panel behind the bedroom TV. That main panel can be put into a mode where you can control the slides from it. I would give Precision Circuits a call for help walking you through it.
