Best way to paint bumpers+luggage holders

Hello everyone and I hope you all had a good Christmas
The bottom quarter of the motorhome looks really bad its sun bleached and the years have taking there toll. So its time to paint the bottom quarter of the van so I need tips and advice

Preparing for painting
General tips
I did have another motorhome where I used textured rubberised paint on the bumpers but I don't know how it would work on the luggage compartment doors the body its self especially around the furnace so I hope I get loads of answers .

I would use auto paint and primer if you don't have spray equipment you can get a auto paint store to put it in spray cans but that much could be pricey.
