Big Bang On Loaded Right Turn

I took the RV to get new tires today, and the cut into the lot was sharp.

the lot itself is pot hole, gravely, not so nice.

But as the bus turned in, at a sharp wheel cut, as the weight of the bus loaded the drivers side front tire, I heard and felt a sizable BANG.

I asked the tire folks to look at the suspension while changing the tires.. but any early ideas???

Have them check your airbag if your tire is not blown
Check for sharp or broken suspension parts also.

the turn in was a fairly steep but short step up from the road, so the passenger tire went up first

Are you sure it was outside? Inside could have been a door slamming, back closet door sliding shut, etc.

Could be! But it really sounded and felt like it was right under the captains chair, but I'm new to this, and I wasn't "prepared" for it, you know how that goes.

We had a problem with noise under the right front passenger seat. Long story short, there were some missing and broken welds under there, between the coach and the chassis.

I have a 2003 Discovery and I've heard that noise before on mine. I've taken to Freightliner and they spend 3 or 4 hours hours checking out . Took the wheel and hubs off can't find a thing . This was two or three years ago . I still hear once in awhile. Don't have a clue as to what it is.
If you hear any thing as for finding something out please let me know.

Have you check your stabilizer bushings, they may be worn and if they are it is a DIY project?

What you describe is that of something moving and it could have been that in the turn you put a bind on the front suspension and it popped or "bang" back into place. Sometimes when I let the MH down off the jacks, I too get a loud bang, especially if I had the front tires off the ground.

Hope everything turns out OK.
