Blinker problem

2000 Discovery 37V. My right rear blinker is not functioning but the front right and both left blinkers are working. The bulb and socket connection are not the problem because power for the right blinker is not getting to the main cannon plug; however, power is reaching the cannon plug for the left blinker. I assume this is not a fuse issue because the other three blinkers are working. Could this be a relay issue and if so where is the relay located? Any other ideas?

Your chassis was delivered to Fleetwood with the turn signal stalk, blinker and wiring on the chassis. Fleetwood installed the turn signal lights and wiring from the frame. Check the plug at the frame. I believe it is corroded are loose.
