Welcome to the forum.
I'm looking at a diagram and photos of my BCC (should be identical to yours)
Unfortunately, the schematic diagram isn't exactly like my photos. On mine:
Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 in the manual.
The BD Relay fuse F19, (3 amp) should supply 12 volts to the two disconnect switches through connector P2-7. D6 is a diode. D6 and D7 act as one way valves and supply 12 volts to the BD Fuse from either the chassis or coach battery.
If D6 is toast and the BD fuse blows, that means something is shorted in the disconnect switch circuitry.
If this was mine, I'd replace D6, check D7, and then use a meter to see if there is a short somewhere in the 12 volt wires that run from the BCC to the disconnect switches. This is the P2 connector on the board. Pin 7 is the 12 volts output from the board to the switches.
D6 and D7 could be replaced with something like a 1N4001 or 1N4004
Here is a manual for the BCC - Its reasonably close to mine and should be good for troubleshooting using the diagrams in the back.

Here is an article with photos of when I replaced my isolator solenoid:
