Bounder BCC Relay

We have a 2001 Bounder 36S on a Ford chassis. I have a Relay in the BCC that started clatteribg this afternoon. It is auto setting and resetting. It does not do it continuously clatters the stops then starts for a few seconds. It only thing that will change it is to completely shut off the batteries and turn off the park power. I can run just the batteries or just the shore power or just the generator and it still does it. At this time all systems such as jacks an the slide work OK.
Whats happening?
What do I need to do?

Did you check your batteries post are clean and making a good contact? How about the cables running to the BCC box? Do you have good voltage? Open the BCC box and make sure the bolts are tight.

Also, check out this site,http://www.irv2.com/forums/f107/bcc-...-a-232273.html it has the diagrams of the BCC board on #4 response.
