Bounder Classic - 34B no power to the HVAC controller

We could really use some help. Our 2914 Bounder Classic 34 B recently had some electrical work done (new converter), and we are moving cross country in our temporary home on wheels. Having some electrical gremlins, the worst of which is that we have no 12V power coming to HVAC controller for the house, which means we canít turn on the house AC. We are also having trouble getting the house batteries to charge (brand new); so much so, that yesterday the windshield wipers wouldnít come on while driving until I turned the generator on. Just stopped at a mobile RV tech and he has no idea. Could really use some help! Thanks!

Bounder Classic - 34B no power to the HVAC controller

There are two black buttons in the BCC ( battery control center ) located at the bottom left of attached photo. They are 12v breaker resets. Try pressing them. The exact same thing happened to my 08 Bounder when I was changing the converter ( donít tell anyone as I did it ).
It s also may be your converter breaker may have flipped off.

Thanks for the response! No luck with the black button resets; is the converter breaker on the converter itself? Ie: do I have to dig behind the AC breaker panel to reset it?)
