Bounder Generator exhaust recall

Has anyone had this recall done on their Bounder? What did they do? Bring the exhaust out the back of the coach or put an extender (angled down) to bolt to the existing pipe. Just wondering what all may be involved. TYI

What REV does is reroute the exhaust so it clears the departure angle and cannot be snagged and smashed. They replace the offending pipe with one that clears.

Have you had this recall done on your MH? Looking at mine the only thing they might do is make it a flat rectangular pipe, just curious. My dealer is worst for warranty or anything. I might wait until I go to IN, see if Rev will do it. Ok

Unless I could take it to REV, I fear our local dealers will have our Bounders tied up for weeks to months.

Exactly - my local dealer would do the same thing. Weeks or months waiting for an appointment, then keep MH for a month.

My Gen Exhaust has a steel guard installed underneath to protect it. Did some not have this installed ?

Tks - that’s a big help. I will do the string measurements to see if I need this, then if I do I will definitely take it to Fleetwood IN. My dealer would have MH for months with all of Fleetwood’s pre-authorizations & ordering parts.
