Bounder Heater Box Replacement

Hi.
So we don't need heat that much, but when you do its nice to turn it on. The dash heat on my 2000 Bounder 39Z didn't work very well. I checked all the obvious stuff: Hoses on, heater core clear etc etc.
AC wasn't super cold either, so I figured that the blend door maybe wasn't working up to par.
Big problem though. Access to the heater box etc was behind a panel in front of the passenger seat. God Bless the OEM's for using staples to attach panels etc with no thought of a future removal!! LOL
Anyway, I got that panel removed and found that my blend door arms were not moving as the heat core had been leaking slightly over the years and caused them to stick. And..the plastic arms that connect to the levers were broken at the hub. Nice, I'll free the arms and get new levers....uh oh..not so fast. Not available!
Finally found at ASE Supply Outlet Store a complete heater box brand new from Denso!!! Oh Happy Day. With a little back order time (2 weeks) I received yesterday and installed.
This is great as the new heater box came complete will all parts AND a new heater core...just the ticket!
Install was, of course, very enjoyable ( NOT ):bang head: but I finally got the all the screws from the ducts and mounts loose and the new in.
Works wonderful....full heat and air just at the right temps. I am a happy guy.
Pic of the new heater box attached.

Awesome... I have been there myself on my older Bounder. The area where the heater is mounted is not such easy access. I may make effort again to hop under there now that you have pointed to an obvious area where maintenance might be needed.
