I can hear the pump come on very briefly as soon as I turn the ignition key a couple clicks regardless of the Power Gear ON condition.
I see BCC referred to on a fuse in my coach but have not had any electrical issues in the past that required me to become more knowledgeable. What is BCC? Which relay is in this path?
The engine AC was recently repaired at a shop and I replaced the house batteries about a year ago.
Thank you for responding.

The BCC is the (Battery Control Center) and is the black box attached to the outside firewall, behind the grill, just in front of the drivers side seating area. I would think the BCC relays and ignition switch are working correctly, since the switch does send power to the leveler motor solenoid when turned (a couple of clicks)
Look in the area of the house battery ground (negative) terminal. In addition to the large black ground cable, there should be a wire (Black wire with a white tracer) attached. This wire supplies ground to the leveler control panel.
Usually, when this wire is not connected (cut or broken) the leveler motor will run continuously when the ignition key is on. This may be your problem, or the controller panel may have some loose connections.
