Sort of. I have a Wineguard with two separate feeds to each tv. I theory it is supposed to work, and i had it going once, with extensive hours of help. But dish shuts down service if you don't use it on a regular basis, and then I'm in for hours of setup again. Following the same steps, doesn't work, and I think the Wineguard is just not as compatible with Dish as it may be for Direct TV.
So I was going to try sending the same signal to both TV's...
Also, given my total frustration with satellite, I invested in a media server that is wifi, however wifi signals have difficulty transmitting through that much walls and hard ware... Thus not only coax, but I also wanted to route Ethernet cable.
94-Newmarket--I am unaware of wireless coax repeaters? but if I can't route my Ethernet I may try another wifi repeater. I am currently running the WiFi Ranger to boost campground wifi, and I use it secondly as a family wifi network for streaming our videos (not using campground wifi). The media server works great that way,but would be improved for my rear television with Ethernet cabling.
